In the months ahead I will be working incorporating automated tracking features for constituent complaints, this new feature will be inducted into this site once it is available.

Once the feature is up and running you will be able to track most complaints from the moment you report the issue until a completed resolution has taken place.  It is my hope that this will ensure a timely response to raised concerns and ensure accountability.

Staff Sgt. Robert J. Basham, 22, of Kenosha, was killed while in service to his country. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.  Staff Sgt.  Basham was a resident of the 13th District and was an example of what  a true American hero stands for.
