Alderman Misner was elected and Sworn in as the 13th District Alderman on Tuesday April 17th, 2006.  Alderman Misner was appointed by the Mayor to the Public Works committee, Water Commission and the Licensing and Permit Committee.  Alderman Misner is married to Katie Misner and they have three children Justin, Emily and Sarah.
